Yulongfu Hotpot @ Manjalara : Awesome Hotpot with Fresh Ingredients

May 14, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Kepong, Yulongfu Hotpot stands out as a culinary gem amidst the bustling array of dining options. Intrigued by the inviting ambiance and tantalizing aromas wafting from within, we eagerly embarked on a culinary exploration of its offerings. Our focus this time was their delectable hotpot, which proved to be absolutely delicious and deserving of double thumbs up

.

The restaurant’s décor exudes an authentic Chinese ambiance, meticulously designed to transport diners to a traditional dining experience reminiscent of China. This great ambiance is complemented by a wide variety of delightful choices to savor.

Yulongfu offers a diverse selection of soups to start your hotpot experience. We opted for the mala, pepper, and herbal soups. The mala soup, with its fiery kick,
quickly became my favorite, while the pepper soup’s perfect balance and rich taste were equally indulgent. This is indeed one of my favourites here.

YLF Signature Spicy Beef

Our culinary voyage commenced with the YLF Signature Spicy Beef, a culinary masterpiece that titillated our taste buds with its robust flavors and tender
texture.  We love the blend of spice and savory nuances left an indelible impression, setting the stage for the epicurean feast ahead.

Australian Supreme Beef Slice

Following suit was the Australian Supreme Beef Slice, a testament to the restaurant’s unwavering commitment to quality. Each slice of Australian beef epitomized
succulence and flavor depth, expertly cooked to perfection, offering a melt-in-your-mouth sensation that left us yearning for more.

Australian Blackmore M9 Wagyu

Continuing our indulgent journey, we savored the Australian Blackmore M9 Wagyu, a true delight for meat aficionados. The marbling and velvety texture of the Wagyu surpassed all expectations, delivering a symphony of richness and tenderness with every sumptuous bite.

Spain Iberico Pork Collar

Hailing from Spain, the Iberico Pork Collar captivated our palates with its distinctive flavor profile and tender consistency. Each bite exuded culinary excellence, adding an element of sophistication to our dining experience.

Tiger Prawns

Bursting with freshness, the Tiger Prawns delighted with their plumpness and succulent flesh. Enhanced by the flavors of the hotpot broth, they provided a delightful contrast to the meat-centric offerings, infusing a refreshing seafood element into our feast.

Special Duck Blood

For the adventurous epicurean, the Special Duck Blood offered a unique and flavorful addition to the hotpot experience. Its distinctive taste profile complemented the other ingredients, creating a harmonious medley of flavors that intrigued and delighted.

Abalone Slice

Elevating the dining experience to new heights, the Abalone Slice exuded elegance and refinement. Meticulously prepared and delicately sliced, it added
a luxurious touch to our feast, epitomizing opulence and sophistication.

Handmade Ball Platter

A symphony of flavors and textures, the Handmade Ball Platter showcased the culinary prowess of the chefs. From succulent pork balls to flavorful prawn balls, each offering was a delightful burst of taste, leaving us yearning for more of these delectable creations.

Mushroom Platter

Celebrating the earthy goodness of fresh mushrooms, the Mushroom Platter offered a vegetarian delight. Sauteed to perfection, it provided a refreshing interlude amidst the meat-centric fare, imparting depth and complexity to the meal.

Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cake

Finally, the Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cake is one of my favourite bringing you with the chewy texture and addictively good.

Yulongfu Hotpot epitomizes the pursuit of culinary excellence and quality. From its premium ingredients to its meticulous attention to detail, every facet of the dining experience is crafted to delight and impress.
