Capella Bangkok invites travellers from around the world to celebrate Songkran festival this April with its exclusive Jai Yen Yen package. Translated from Thai into “keep your heart cool”, Jai Yen Yen is a serene mantra amidst Thailand’s sweltering months. Capella Bangkok’s Jai Yen Yen packages infuses guests with a festive spirit through an overnight stay experience in the resort’s lush Riverfront Premier rooms, which offer front-row views to vignettes of everyday life along the Chao Phraya River.

 

Furthermore, guests are invited to experience an authentic and rare Thai treat: Khao Chae. Prepared by Thai Chef de Cuisine Kannika Jitsangworn using the original Mon-tribe recipe, this summertime delicacy is made of rice soaked in jasmine water and served with a range of savoury and sweet condiments – a perfect treat to cool off during summer months.
