This Ramadan, embark on a gastronomic journey like no other with the themed buffet dinner, “Destinasi Rasa Serantau,” curated by the talented Chef Adi and Chef Hamizan. Discover the flavors of Malaysia as you indulge in signature dishes from seven different states, promising an evening of culinary delights and cherished memories.


Prepare your taste buds for an extraordinary culinary adventure with the Seven Flavours of Malaysia, showcasing iconic dishes meticulously crafted by Chef Adi and Chef Hamizan. From the aromatic Ketupat Sotong of Kelantan to the savory Nasi Biryani Buluh Berlauk of Johor, each dish is a testament to the diverse culinary heritage of Malaysia. 

Begin your buffet experience with an enticing array of kerabu, ulam ulaman, and sambal, followed by a tantalizing selection of sushi and fresh seafood on ice. 

Delight in the irresistible flavors of banana fritters, goreng-gorengan, succulent kebabs, fragrant lemongrass satay, and flavorful otak-otak, meticulously prepared to tantalize your taste buds.

No feast is complete without a sweet conclusion, and the Destinasi Rasa Serantau buffet dinner promises an array of delectable desserts to satisfy your cravings.
