As the holy month of Ramadan approaches, DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur invites guests to indulge in a gastronomic adventure with its captivating Ramadan buffet themed “Merentasi Tradisi: Sajian Dulu dan Kini.” This unique culinary experience seamlessly blends past and present treasures, offering a fusion of heritage and innovation.

Step into the warm and inviting ambiance of Makan Kitchen, where the air is filled with the aromatic symphony of traditional Malay spices combined with modern culinary flair. The buffet’s concept of “Sajian Dulu Dan Kini” beautifully captures the essence of Ramadan cuisine, featuring timeless classics alongside contemporary creations.

A Feast Worth Exploring

Start of your buffet with the variety choices of extravaganza meals where it covers from locals, to Chinese and and many more. 

And this time, the spread covers from the magnificent Kambing Golek Station which the roasted lamb is so good and infused with the aromatic spices. Don’t miss out their fragrant and flavourful Australian Beef Shank Kerutup 

Dont miss out the variety of kerabu too.

Asides from that, the variety includes the Seafood Bakar Station, Sup Kawah Meletop, Whole Baked Kerala Style Locally-Sourced Giant Sea Bass and Steamed Estuary Barramundi, Butter Fresh Tiger Prawn with Oatmeal Cereal, Double Boiled Village Chicken Consommé with Red Dates to name a few.

The buffet spread does not stop there, their seafood on the ice featuring scrumptious seafood from prawns, to mussels, crabs and oysters too. 

If you are looking for some Indian delights they have them too. The Tandoori Kadai Chicken is worth to try. They also have kebab, curries and many more to go for. 

Filled up your tummy at their Chinese Station where they offers a good spread of Chinese food like BBQ Chicken Char Siew, BBQ Chicken, Steam Chicken, Steam Fish, Prawns and many more. 

And of course conclude your meals with the wide desserts spread which include the local kuih, to international pasteries, goreng goreng and wide variety of soup such as Red Bean Sup, Green Bean Soup and many more. Never miss out their Gelatomio Ice Cream and Condiments.
