 Chatrium Grand Bangkok, Celebrate Easter in style at Savio Chatrium Grand Bangkok with a delightful international buffet showcasing a world of culinary flavours. On Sunday, March 31, 2024, from 12 noon to 2 pm, embark on a delicious journey featuring a bounty of fresh seafood on ice, carving station specialities, and an extensive selection of hot dishes.

 

Diners can indulge in a dazzling array of offerings, from classic Western dishes and freshly made Italian pasta to aromatic Asian curries and delectable Chinese delights. Interactive teppanyaki stations, a sushi counter, and crispy Japanese tempura further elevate the culinary experience.

The specials include Whole Roasted Milk-fed Lamb from the Pyrenees, Australian Wagyu Beef Wellington with Black Truffle Jus, Pan-seared Foie Gras with white Asparagus cream, crispy Pancetta and Black Truffle Jus, Lobster Egg Benedict, Canadian Lobster with Poached Duck Egg topped with Hollandaise and Baeri Caviar, Steak Rossini, grilled Australian Wagyu Tenderloin with Pan-seared Foie Gras and Red Wine Jus, Australian Lamb Shank Rogan Josh, and the Wagyu Beef Tonkatsu Sando with Crispy Slaw and Rich Truffle Tatsu Sauce

To conclude this delightful Easter feast, a decadent selection of pastries awaits. These include Easter specialities such as German Honey Cake, Marshmallow Easter Eggs, Easter Lamb Cake, Rhubarb and Strawberry Crumble, Warm Apple Strudel with Anglaise sauce, and a chocolate fountain.
