Shakariki432 @ Publika: Over 20 years Japanese Izakaya Restaurant

February 6, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

Nestled in the vibrant Publika, Shakariki432 stands as an Izakaya-style haven, inviting patrons to indulge in a wide variety of Japanese culinary delights. The restaurant seamlessly pairs its extensive selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with an array of Japanese dishes, showcasing a particular focus on Japanese beers, Sake, and Whisky.
As we stepped into this Japanese gastropub, we were greeted by an ambiance adorned with food photos, red pepper lanterns, and an impressive display of sake bottles, setting the stage for a delightful culinary adventure.

Ika No Maruyaki (Grilled Squid)

A standout among the delights we ordered, the Grilled Squid at Shakariki432 is a testament to the art of perfect grilling. The squid, expertly cooked, boasts a tantalizing char taste that adds depth and richness to each bite. The mastery in grilling shines through, making this dish a savory and satisfying choice for seafood enthusiasts.

Bara Chirashi

Presented in a bento box, the Bara Chirashi at Shakariki432 offers a generous serving of culinary delights. The dish features an array of fresh and colorful cube-cut seafood, accompanied by tamago (Japanese omelet). While not an extravagant shout-out, the Bara Chirashi impresses with its simplicity and the quality of its ingredients. It provides a well-rounded taste experience, allowing patrons to savor the freshness of the seafood.
The combination of ambiance, carefully crafted dishes, and a focus on traditional beverages makes this Izakaya-style establishment a noteworthy destination for those seeking a taste of Japan in the heart of Publika.
Whether you’re a fan of grilled delights or crave the vibrant flavors of chirashi, Shakariki432 beckons with a diverse menu that promises to satisfy your Japanese culinary cravings.
