CAUTION: NANDO’S NEW PERI-CRACKLE WILL CAUSE INTENSE REACTIONS

January 14, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

PERi-PERi and flame-grilled chicken is what Nando’s is known for. After 26 years, Nando’s is introducing a new way of experiencing PERi-PERi to Malaysians with the all-new Nando’s PERi-crackle. Eating PERi-crackle can get intense as it’s crunchy, spicy, savoury and you just can’t believe how well this topping goes with so many different things, that it can make you furiously emotional because you just can’t get enough of it.

Malaysian celebrity Harris Annuar experienced this first-hand with his recent outpouring of emotions at the Nando’s The Exchange TRX outlet where he revealed in his latest Instagram video that his Furious Freakout was in reaction to taste-testing the PERi-crackle topping.

Nando’s fans are familiar with Nando’s sauces and bastings, but PERi-crackle is an entirely new way for fans to get their PERi-PERi fix. PERi-crackle is a furiously flavoured chilli oil topping that’s made with toasted sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, garlic, shallots and of course PERi-PERi chilli.

Just like any PERi-PERi infused item (and as seen in Harris Annuar’s video), PERi-crackle is dangerously addictive topping and goes with anything, especially the all-time fan favourite ¼ Chicken and 2 Sides. Fans can enjoy their favourite PERi-PERi chicken flavour be it the Lemon & Herb or the feather ruffling Extra Hot with the PERi-crackle topping at only RM28.80.

As Malaysians, we know chilli oil and rice are a match made in heaven, so we’ve put together the PERi-crackle Chicken Rice Bowl that’s only RM18.90. We weren’t kidding when we said it goes with anything – for the first time ever we’re introducing the PERi-crackle Noodles which can be enjoyed as a side to your chicken meals or on its own for RM7.90. Also new on the menu is the crunch-filled Garlic bread with PERi-crackle and Mediterranean Rice with PERi-crackle both at RM9.80.

The truly brave and adventurous can experimentally enjoy the PERi-crackle at the restaurant or at home for the introductory price of only RM1.90. For more tips on how to intensify your PERi-crackle experience checkout www.nandos.com.my.

Available now at all Nando’s outlets nationwide, don’t miss the chance to experience your own Furious Freakout when you try our fiercely delicious PERi-crackle today. Check out Harris Annuar’s video on Instagram HERE.
