Oysters, mussels, prawns, fish, clams, squid – the ocean’s treasures find their zenith when savored in their freshest state. Recognizing the pivotal role that freshness plays in elevating the seafood dining experience, the founders of BAIT set out to fill a void in Kuala Lumpur’s culinary landscape. The mains unfolded a symphony of flavors, featuring the King Prawn Risotto with Squid Stew and Grilled Sea King Prawns, and the Grilled Barramundi served with Ginger Clams and Bok Choy. The risotto, fluffy and flavorful, paired harmoniously with the succulent prawns, while the barramundi showcased perfect grilling and expertly paired accompaniments.
Desserts : Chocolate Hazelnut Tart with Vanilla Gelato
As the culinary journey approached its conclusion, we indulged in the delightful Chocolate Hazelnut Tart served with Vanilla Gelato. A sweet finale that perfectly encapsulated the festive spirit.
