Christmas Buffet High Tea (December 23 – 25)
Indulge in a Christmas buffet high tea filled with festive flavours and seasonal delights.
Gather everyone this Yuletide season don in the best festive outfit and get ready for a big feast! Enjoy dishes like whole roasted farm chicken served with glazed red cabbage, oven roasted rosemary potatoes, fried brussel sprouts with cranberry sauce and natural jus, roasted duck breast with prune sauce and classic lamb shepherd’s pie, chicken pot pie and Christmas sausage roll in puff pastry.
A Season of Joy & Cheer
Move on to some of our best local and Asian dishes like Thai’s favourite salad – som tam, Vietnamese beef pho noodles, Hainanese chicken rice, yong tau foo, Chinese dumplings, teppan noodle specials, roti jala with chicken curry, beef and chicken satay dipped into sweet peanut sauce. Kids may enjoy various types of pasta cooked with their choice sauce and the wonderful spread of desserts.
Christmas Buffet High Tea is priced at RM108.00 nett per person. Kids (age between 6 – 12 years old) are given a 50% discount per child.
Christmas Buffet Dinner (December 23 – 25)
Elevate your Christmas celebration with another splendid buffet! Melting Pot’s delectable buffet dinner spread brimming with more exciting flavours and tastes.
Here are the special recommended dishes to savour – start of with appetisers like salmon carpaccio with yuzu dressing, octopus carpaccio with ponzu dressing, sea asparagus with mango tomato salsa, Norwegian Smoked Salmon and Chef’s pate en courte. Take a breather and warm up with our soups – jade abalone and crabmeat soup and cream of roasted pumpkin soup.
Eat, drink and be merry! Let’s dig in. Tuck into roasted whole Cajun chicken, chicken meatloaf with pineapple and cloves, roasted prime rib of beef, baked salmon, prawn ragout with mustard cream sauce, duck ala orange, Irish lamb stew and truffle mashed potatoes.
