TRACE Restaurant & Bar @ Elements Hotel Kuala Lumpur : Where Gastronomy Meets Grandeur

November 4, 2023 by StrawberrY Gal

Perched on the 40th floor of the majestic Element Kuala Lumpur, TRACE Restaurant & Bar has always been a destination that merges gourmet delights with an unparalleled vista of the city. The ambiance is alluring, with the vast expanse of Kuala Lumpur stretching out, lights twinkling like stars beneath, setting a tone of opulence and exclusivity.

`

From the 6th of October to the 2nd of December 2023, this renowned establishment intends to redefine culinary grandeur with their latest offering: the MEAT Me @ TRACE Dinner Buffet. Every Friday and Saturday evening, between 6 pm and 10 pm, patrons are invited to this gourmet carnival, a feast that promises to enthrall the senses.

For starters, the grill station is nothing short of a spectacle. Amidst the fiery dances of the flame, one can witness a culinary ballet. Here, the Peri Peri Grilled Chicken sizzles with its fiery spice, the Rosemary Gremolata Lamb releases aromatic fragrances, and the ever-popular Chicken and Beef Satay teases with its grilled perfection.

For those whose heart beats for the ocean’s delights, TRACE ensures you’re not left out. Fresh catches like Tilapia, Barramundi, Stingray, Squid, Mussel, and Prawn are grilled to perfection. The sheer mastery of the chefs is not just confined to crafting culinary delights but extends to creating moments of drama with their skills, promising visual feasts with their flare-up performances.

Yet, TRACE’s ode to meat lovers extends beyond just the grill. A specially curated carving and hot dishes section awaits eager diners. Delicacies like Roasted Lamb Mandi Rice exude exotic flavors, the Herb-Crusted Beef Sirloin stands as a testament to classic culinary mastery, the Roasted Chicken sings songs of homely comfort, and the Mutton Rogan Josh promises a spicy, flavorful journey.

Others includes their salad  bar which is filled with  all the healthy bites

The pizza is another worth to go for

However, among these delicacies, the crown jewel is undoubtedly the BBQ Beef Short Ribs. In a unique and interactive culinary theater, chefs present the tableside showcase. Diners get a front-row seat as chefs carve these succulent ribs, ensuring that the taste is complemented by the visual drama of the presentation, enhancing the entire dining narrative.

Ends your meals with variety of desserts that covers from  Malay Kuih, Petite Cakes and more.

Marriott Bonvoy members, a loyal community of Marriott’s esteemed clientele, have an added incentive. A reservation made in advance promises them a 20% discount on the buffet, a small token of appreciation for their loyalty. To talk figures, the original price of this grand buffet stands at RM158 nett per adult. However, with the ongoing promotion, it becomes a steal at RM126.40 nett per adult. And for younger patrons, aged between 6 to 12, the buffet is available at half the price, ensuring the entire family can indulge without any reservations.

Given the culinary panorama TRACE is offering and considering its limited-time availability, it’s highly recommended to secure a spot in advance. For those wanting to embark on this gourmet journey or have queries, they can reach out at 03 2771 3388 extn. 3351, convey their interest via email at [email protected], or opt for a quick WhatsApp chat at +60 10-267 0338.
