BUFFET DESTINATION: VIETNAM! : GUEST CHEF AT LATEST RECIPE, LE MERIDIEN KUALA LUMPUR

 Latest Recipe, Kuala Lumpur’s Favourite Buffet Restaurant is thrilled to announce an enchanting culinary journey to the “Land of the Ascending Dragon” with its much-anticipated 10-days exclusive buffet promotion, “Buffet Destination: Vietnam!”. The spectacular culinary voyage is happening from 20 to 29 October 2023 and is set to delight food enthusiasts and take them on a culinary tour of Vietnam’s rich and authentic flavours.

Embark on a journey to Ho Chi Minh City with Guest Chef Bao Nguyen and Chef Huy Nguyen from Sheraton Saigon as they will be gracing Latest Recipe’s kitchen to bring you delectable Vietnamese signature dishes. This promotion promises to be a feast for the senses and includes a wide selection of delectable dishes including 5 action stations, including but not limited to the following on a rotation menu:

1. Noodle Station:

Bún bò Huế (Hue noodle soup), Phở bò ,Phở gà (Beef or chicken phở noodle soup)

2. Live cooking:

Chạo tôm (Prawn & sugar cane), Bánh xèo (Vietnamese pancake), Chả giò rau củ (vegetables spring roll)

3. Hot dishes: Cà ri gà (Vietnamese chicken curry), Vịt kho gừng (simmered duck with ginger), Cá chiên xả ớt (fish with chili lemongrass), Cà ri hải sản (seafood curry)

4. Cold food: Gỏi bưởi trộn tôm (Prawn with pomelo salad), Gỏi bò bóp thấu (beef & starfruit salad)

5. Soup: Canh nghêu hồng nhạn (Clam tomato & dill soup), Cá nấu ngót (Hot and sour fish soup)

6. Dessert: Bánh da lợn (Vietnamese layered cake), Bánh đậu xanh (Mung bean cake), Chè bà ba (Cassava & sweet potato in coconut milk), Rau câu cà phê (coffee agar- agar)
