Guests can savour a delicious meal of grilled specialties and dessert buffet while taking in the mesmerising fireworks and night view of the Victoria Harbour from the 6th floor Pool Terrace of the hotel.
Begin the evening with a fresh seafood platter featuring David Hervé Oyster No. 2, Jumbo Tiger Prawn, Snow Crab Leg and Scallop Ceviche, and more. The butcher’s selection of grilled meat and sausage is exceptional, including Smoked Argentina Beef Picanha, BBQ Sauce Glazed Iberico Pork Rib, Lamb Shoulder with Zaatar, and an optional upgrade to Snake River Farm U.S. Wagyu Beef Sirloin, among other choices. Conclude the celebration on a sweet note with a scrumptious dessert buffet showcasing freshly baked apple tart, raisin bread pudding, grilled pineapple with coconut sauce and other delightful treats.
