ANDAZ PATTAYA JOMTIEN BEACH UNVEILS NEW SOCIAL SUNDAY BRUNCH

 Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach is a place where people come together and share original, culturally-rich experiences in a lively atmosphere. Now, this luxury lifestyle resort is inviting hotel guests and local residents to transport their taste buds on a vibrant culinary journey with a highly social Sunday brunch on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard.

 

The new “Off the Grill” concept will be staged every Sunday at Village Butcher, the upbeat open kitchen steakhouse restaurant that forms part of the Village Square – the social and culinary heart of the resort. Perfect for couples, families and friends, this communal dining experience will showcase the finest and freshest produce from land and sea, much of which will be cooked to-order at sizzling Live Stations.

 

Having been greeted with a welcome mimosa (cocktail or mocktail) and presented with home-baked sourdough, guests can kickstart their weekend feast with an extensive selection of Appetizers, including an Antipasti Corner featuring assorted cold cuts, cheeses and condiments, plus a live station of hand-sliced 24-month aged Iberico ham. A Green Bar will feature crisp salads including a classic Caesar in a Parmigiano wheel, and diners can also savor spicy Thai salads and classic Scandinavian salmon gravlax.

Seafood lovers will be treated to an amazing array of marine delicacies at the Fisherman’s Corner, such as freshly-shucked oysters, prawns, scallops, sand lobster, blue crab and clams with plenty of condiments, and a Live BBQ Station will showcase premium seafood from the Gulf of Thailand, including fish wrapped in banana leaves, squid, prawns and sand lobster, alongside the prime international meats such as Australian steaks, New Zealand lamb chops, piri piri pork ribs, Italian sausages and marinated chicken, all enhanced with sides and sauces.

 

Throughout the day, chefs will be moving around the Village Square and visiting guests’ tables to Pass Around hot smoked Scottish salmon and mini butcher’s burgers, and every diner will be treated to one delectable À La Carte dish: luxurious Boston lobster benedict or silky-smooth French foie gras. The ultimate brunch dish, organic eggs benedict, is available throughout the morning, and a choice of authentic Italian and Thai dishes can be cooked to-order.

 

Of course, every Sunday brunch should end on a sweet note and diners with a Sweet Tooth can indulge in an array of Thai and international desserts, such as mango tiramisu, coconut crème brûlée, chocolate éclairs and tropical fruits, and chefs will also visit each table to serve Sunday sundaes.

 

Throughout the brunch, guests can help themselves to fresh fruit juice In the Chiller, and children will be immersed in a world of fun at the Arts & Crafts Corner, overseen by the talented team from Sanuk Sanuk, Andaz Pattaya’s cultural kids’ club, and all visitors will be kept fully entertained with live music. Available at a supplement, the World of Gin station will let adults craft their perfect G&T, and a beverage package offers free-flow Singha beer and red, white and sparkling wine.
