June 6, 2023 by StrawberrY Gal

Sawasdee! This month of June come and elevate your weekday lunch with the delicious Thai lunch set to satisfy your Thai cravings. There are two options where diners can choose – Chicken Khao Soi or Pad Kra Tiam.

Chicken Khao Soi is a rich fragrant coconut curry noodle soup hailing from Northern Thailand. If you are craving for something warm, rich and spicy… this is your go-to meal. It consists of egg noodles in a thick and creamy coconut broth, served with an array of toppings – shredded chicken, crispy fried wanton wrapper, hard-boiled egg, bean sprouts, pickled greens and shallots. You can taste the avalanche of flavours – rich, savoury and tangy when savour each mouthful.

For those who loves garlicky flavour, Pad Kra Tiam is your choice. It is a classic Thai street food features flavourful and delicious stir-fried boneless chicken with lots of garlic. Served over with rice and fried egg with perfectly runny yolk. The fragrant smell and flavour of garlic definitely entices one’s appetite.

Price : RM25.00 nett per set inclusive of 1 drink – Coke/Coke Zero/Sprite/Iced Lemon Tea.

If you like the combination of chocolate and peanut butter, this one is for you – Caraibe Chocolate Peanut Cake. Concorde’s Pastry Chef Brandon Lee presents another masterpiece this month.

Caraibe with its subtle aromatic cocoa finish is used to combine dark chocolate sponge cake with layers of creamy peanut butter cream and bitter dark chocolate mousse, crunchy chocolate while peanut crisp as the base. It is an incredibly moist and rich dessert where you can enjoy the indulgent flavours of chocolate and peanut butter. Price: RM18.00 nett per slice and RM110.00 nett per kg.
