Satisfy your durian craving only at RM 68 per person @ Pavilion Bukit Jalil

June 8, 2023 by StrawberrY Gal

Get ready to satisfy your cravings and immerse yourself in a delightful experience as DKING & LKE Musang King join forces to present the highly anticipated 3rd Malaysia International Durian & Cultural Feast. This incredible event promises to be the grandest Durian Buffet Fest ever, introducing the world-famous Durian King of Fruits to both locals and tourists from around the globe. Mark your calendars for 14th to 16th July 2023 and head over to the magnificent Pavilion Bukit Jalil for an unforgettable time.

In an exciting collaboration with the Malaysia Inbound Chinese Association (MICA), the festival aims to welcome over 1,000 Chinese tourists to indulge in the exquisite Malaysian Durian. This not only fosters cultural exchange but also boosts Malaysia’s economy through increased tourism expenditure on accommodations, food, and overall spending in the country.

The festivities kicked off with an exclusive event at the awe-inspiring DKING Wonderland SS2, the largest durian experience center. The founders of DKING, Mr. Simon Chin and Leron Yee, along with Dato Jacky Lim and Jeremy Chin, the founders of LKE Musang Queen, joined hands with esteemed representatives from the Minister of Tourism, Arts, and Culture (MOTAC) to officially inaugurate the 3rd Malaysia International Durian & Cultural Fest. This remarkable partnership, encompassing both the durian plantation and retail sectors, has paved the way for an unbeatable durian buffet deal. For just RM 68 per person, durian lovers can relish a one-hour durian feast featuring a wide variety of flavors (excluding Musang King). And that’s not all – there’s an extra-special deal for Musang King that is sure to create a buzz!

But wait, there’s more to the festival than just indulging in delicious durians. Get ready to be entertained with enchanting magic shows, exciting lucky draws, and captivating performances. Engage in the thrilling durian guessing game, and don’t miss out on the highlight of the festival: the first-ever 5KM Durian Fun Run! With almost 1,000 registered participants, this unique adventure will have you running with a durian in hand. It’s a fun-filled activity suitable for families, corporates, and NGOs, promoting togetherness and friendly competition.

As a special treat, in collaboration with MELIFE, participants, durian enthusiasts, and even the general public can enjoy a FREE Facial Wash & Treatment on 16th July 2023. Not only will this pampering session leave you feeling rejuvenated, but it also supports a noble cause. Donations in any form will be gratefully collected, aiming to set a new Malaysia Book of Record while providing much-needed support to charitable organizations. Look out for appearances by beloved celebrities during the event as they encourage the public to contribute generously to this meaningful cause.

Get ready for an epic durian extravaganza that will leave you craving for more! The Malaysia International Durian & Cultural Buffet Fest, happening on 14th July 2023, promises to create unforgettable memories, tantalize your taste buds, and celebrate the vibrant culture of Malaysia. Don’t miss out on this extraordinary event!
