A new international direct route to Kochi, India from Ho Chi Minh City is now open to all Vietjet flyers! Officially starting on August 12, this additional new route to India’s West Coast city will have a frequency of four return flights per week on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Flights from Kochi will depart at 23:50 (local time) and land in Ho Chi Minh City at 06:40 (local time). Return flight will depart from Ho Chi Minh City at 19:20 (local time) and arrive in Kochi at 22:50 (local time).
Passengers to and from Kuala Lumpur to Kochi will now have another flight option by transiting in Ho Chi Minh City. Operating on a daily basis, flights between Kuala Lumpur and Ho Chi Minh City offer thousands of passengers’ complete convenience and ease of travel with the many flight and route options offered by Vietjet both locally and internationally.
In addition, the airline will also be resuming many services between Vietnam and Asia including flights to Hong Kong, Daegu, Seoul and Singapore. The three services from Phu Quoc and Da Nang to Hong Kong, along with the flight from Da Nang to Daegu resume from July 1. The Phu Quoc – Hong Kong route will be operating thrice weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, while the Da Nang to Hong Kong flight will operate four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Meanwhile, the Da Nang – Daegu flight will operate one daily return flight, marking its return for the first time after a long hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Last week, Vietjet also launched its new and only direct service between Hanoi and Phuket. Flights for this route will be operating daily, departing from Hanoi at 11:30 (local time) and landing in Phuket at 14:40 (local time). The return flights take off from Phuket at 15:45 (local time) and arrive in Hanoi at 18:35 (local time).
The airline will also be increasing the frequency of flights between Da Nang and Singapore to twice daily flights from July 1. On the other hand, the service between Nha Trang and Seoul (Incheon) will be increased to thrice daily flights to meet the rising demand during summer holidays from July 13 onwards.
