The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi invites mothers to experience an unforgettable Mother’s Day pampering, at the award winning Ritz-Carlton Spa, or with an indulgent Vegan

Afternoon Tea.

After whisking your mother away for a relaxing island getaway, emerge from the 10-million-year-old rainforest and step out above the sea, entering the soothing embrace of the Spa’s ‘Bubu’, cocoon-shaped sanctuaries of calm, inspired by Malay fishing nets. Led by Spa Manger Sharon Bius, the resort’s professional therapists have prepared three delightful packages to reward the queen of your heart: Me Time

Mom Massage, Me Time Mom Facial, and Mom & Daughter Manicure and Pedicure.

SPAcials for Mom: Me Time Mom Massage

Let your skin undergo deep hydration, while enjoying in a full-body massage with your choice of lavender or ginger aromatherapy oil, designed to elevate your massage experience. The treatment includes a 90 minute massage, a warm foot soak, and a foot scrub designed to melt all your cares. After the treatment, guests can continue their wellness journey with a delicious and healthy Chia seed pudding.

Me Time Mom Facial

Achieve a healthy glow to your skin while enjoying an all-natural facial using sustainable products from Kerstin Florian. This facial is designed to minimize the appearance of surface lines, smooth the texture of rough skin, and bring out your skin’s inner radiance. After the treatment, guests can continue their wellness journey with a delicious and healthy Chia seed pudding.

Mom & Daughter Manicure and Pedicure

Relax and enjoy precious time together as experts pamper and polish your nails, during this memorable mother-daughter bonding nail experience overlooking the Andaman Sea.

(Guests can choose either pedicure or manicure)

Vegan Afternoon Tea

Mom’s wellness experience is not limited to The Spa, as The Beach Grill team has whipped up a medley of plant-based masterpieces for an unforgettable afternoon tea, complete with stunning views of the Andaman Sea. Combining flavors from East and West, you and your mom can nibble on delectable delights such as a Watermelon Katsu Sando, a Hummus Tart, Shitake Mushroom ‘Satay-Ke’, Coconut Ganache Macarons, and more, while admiring the unobscured view of our main pool, private beach and the sea. The set includes selected tea from premium brand TWG or mixologist mocktails of your choice.

The Vegan Afternoon Tea is available daily from 2.00PM – 5.00PM daily, at MYR 220 per pair.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa

Taking inspiration from the stunning views of the lush rainforest and the crystal-clear Andaman Sea, The RitzCarlton Spa invites guests to tune into their unique surrounding landscapes and feel the harnessing and soothing powers of nature. Overwater walkways lead to overwater cocoon shaped treatment pavilions that bob above the sea, strikingly designed to resemble ‘Malay Bubus’ – intricately woven fish traps used for centuries by local fishermen. These are intended to be a sensual and immersive experience, as the sounds of the sea and surrounding wildlife float into your treatment room. The design of the whole spa is linked with a common thread, showcasing glazed floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the outside in. The sophisticated decor has neutral tones and is made from high quality materials such as natural stone, light oak timber floors, dark walnut and soft, light linens.

The wellbeing sanctuary offers guests a state-of-the-art thermal suite with an intricate mosaic-lined steam room and sauna, as well as a revitalising ice fountain, rejuvenating experience showers and vitality pools. The Hammam Pavilion offers guests a traditional cleansing ceremony and refined ritual treatments, while the Spa Suite Pavilion boasts an expansive treatment room with a steam shower and luxurious changing facilities.

Guests can look forward to an impressive array of signature treatments including the Lulur Hammam Experience, Mystical Ocean and Earth Ritual, and the Mandi Bunga Inspired Ritual.
