The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali Welcomes The Holy Month of Ramadan with Exquisite Delights

  As we are now embracing the holy month of Ramadan , The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali with its inspiring Food and Beverage team are inviting its guests to observe the special moment of celebration and forgiveness in togetherness with their precious ones while enjoying an irresistible selection of Indonesian dishes at the newly revamped Ikan Restaurant. Exquisite dining programs have been carefully designed by the Resort’s team along with an extraordinaire in food and beverage field to commemorate this period of purification.  

 

One of the highlighted dining programs during the month of Ramadan is a vibrant collaboration between the Restaurant’s very own Chef de Cuisine, Fajar Kurniawan, and the food and beverage savant, the owner of Mil’s Kitchen Yogyakarta, Chef Mili Hendratno. The big name of Chef Mili is not a surprise, he has done some remarkable kitchens take over across the nation. He has also been awarded with prestigious accolades including being the 1st Winners Chef Challenge 2019, Culinary competition in Yogyakarta International Food and Hospitality Expo.

 

Now Chef Mili will continue paving his pathway of success, this time through his collaboration with Ikan’s Chef de Cuisine, Fajar Kurniawan. This collaboration is entitled Ramadan Kolaborasa and will be held on Friday, 18th of April 2023 at the vibrant Ikan Restaurant at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali. This uplifting collaboration features an enticing five course menu highlighting Indonesian delicacies such as Smoked Bebek Madura, Baramundi Tinorasak and Us Short Ribs Curry Aceh that will pamper the palate of the guests of this beachfront restaurant.

 

Another specially created program during this Ramadan month is the Ramadan Iftar and Eid Mubarak.  At the festivity, guests are invited to Ikan Restaurant to savor the special “Buka Puasa” menu for Iftar, or the breaking of the fast for those who observe the ritual during this Ramadan month. This festivity is available throughout month of Ramadan until 23rd of April. Irresistible menu for Ramadan Iftar and Eid Mubarak include Octopus Mangut, Gulai Ikan Kakap, Beef Top Blade Tangkar, Bebek Rembang and Coconut Skoteng.
