Melawati Mall Celebrates Raya with the Theme ‘Kilauan Raya Al-Maghribi’

March 24, 2023 by StrawberrY Gal

As Hari Raya Aidilfitri approaches, Melawati Mall is gearing up for a grand celebration with their “Kilauan Raya Al-Maghribi” theme. From March 17th to May 1st, 2023, shoppers can discover Raya-themed displays and photo opportunities, retail pop-ups, and various exciting activities throughout the Raya festivities. The mall has transformed its space with colorful and vibrant decorations, making it an ideal destination for families and friends to soak up the festive atmosphere.

To mark the beginning of the Raya celebrations, Melawati Mall partnered with Elrah Exclusive and Chizu to present the ‘Kilauan Raya Al-Maghribi’ fashion show during the launch event. The fashion show showcased the latest Raya trends from participating brands, such as Max Fashion, Elrah Exclusive, D’yana, SannicoV, Colegacy Concept Store, and Fana Couture. The cast of the popular Projek High Council television series made a special appearance, adding to the excitement of the event.

The ground floor of the mall is beautifully decorated with a Marrakech theme, perfect for photos. Visitors can explore the Moroccan-themed stage decorations, colorful festive booths featuring the latest Raya fashion, Moroccan carpets, Middle Eastern delicacies, and more. The mall also features various Raya-themed workshops and activities on weekends, such as batik painting, henna art, and calligraphy.

In addition to the festive ambiance, shoppers can also earn exciting rewards when they shop at Melawati Mall. CapitaStar members can earn up to 3X STAR$ points when they dine-in at food and beverage outlets on weekdays, and up to 2X STAR$ points when they shop at selected retail outlets on weekends. Members can also use STAR$ points to redeem exclusive Raya redemption gifts, such as the Moroccan gift set (1200 STAR$) and MM Raya Packets (300 STAR$), through the CapitaStar mobile application.

To encourage spending and reward loyal shoppers, Melawati Mall is offering fantastic lucky draw prizes worth up to RM10,000 to CapitaStar members who spend a minimum of RM300 in a single receipt during the campaign. Lucky draw prizes include hotel vouchers, shopping vouchers, and electronic gadgets, among others.

Melawati Mall expresses their gratitude to their Media Launch Partners, including Chizu, Max Fashion, Colegacy Concept Store, Fana Couture, SannicoV, D’yana, and Elrah Exclusive, for their invaluable contribution towards the success of the event. The mall also extends its appreciation to their Campaign Sponsors, including Parfums & Beaute, Variante, AsterSpring, Jovian, Calisto, and Big Apple Donuts & Coffee.

Melawati Mall’s celebration of Hari Raya Aidilfitri with the “Kilauan Raya Al-Maghribi” theme promises to be an exciting and memorable experience for shoppers of all ages. With the festive ambiance, the latest Raya fashion trends, and fantastic rewards, it’s an event that you don’t want to miss!
