Ramadan is a month-long celebration that holds significant meaning to the Muslim community. As we approach the year 2023, Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar is pleased to announce its annual Khazanah Sajian Desa Buffet Dinner, showcasing 150 local and international dishes. This much-anticipated themed buffet will be held at the Link All-Day Dining Restaurant throughout the month of Ramadan from March 27 to April 21, 2023.
What sets this buffet apart from others is the talented Chef Borhan, who has been dedicated to promoting Malay cuisine on an international level throughout his 30-year career in the culinary industry. Chef Borhan’s signature dish, Gulai Kawah Istimewa, prepared using 13 different spices, will be featured in this year’s buffet. In addition, the crowd’s favourite whole roasted lamb will be making a comeback by popular demand.
Guests can expect an array of local and international dishes, including Asam Pedas Fish, Tandoori Chicken or Lamb, the authentic Jalan Gasing’s Satay Celup, Portuguese Ikan Bakar, Shawarma, and a variety of sumptuous desserts. Coconut Juice and Shake are among the beverages listed to quench the thirst of guests.
Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar General Manager, Mr TK Lee, expressed that this buffet theme has been well-received by guests over the years, as it brings back the wholesome feeling of togetherness with family and friends in a traditional kampung setting with 5-star quality hospitality and services. Guests will also be entertained by Raya jingles throughout the dinner, adding to the festive ambiance.
Early bookings are encouraged to avoid disappointment. Guests who make bookings by March 8, 2023, will enjoy a 20% discount on the price per person. The buffet dinner is priced at RM188nett per adult, RM98nett per senior citizen aged 60 years and above, and per child aged 6 to 12 years old. Credit or debit card holders from Maybank and HSBC will also enjoy a 20% discount upon payment with the above-mentioned banking partners. Petronas Rewards Club members and subscribers of Fave, Klook, and KK Day are also eligible for various discounts.
