In addition to familiar favourites such as satay, asam laksa, and rendang, our Ramadhan buffet at SANTAI will highlight the unique and oft-overlooked aspects of traditional Malay cuisine.

From aromatic ulam ulaman, piquant sambal to crunchy kerabus, Santai boasts a vast array of selections to indulge in. Their selection includes kerabu ikan bilis, kerabu mangga sotong, kerabu pucuk paku, kerabu telur masin, taugeh kerang, and jantung pisang, guaranteed to transport you down memory lane.

Moving on to the main courses, you are in for a treat with the impressive selection of grilled dishes that will definitely leave a lasting impression. The menu boasts an array of options including freshly grilled fish, grilled salmon, persucculent seafood, tender chicken, and more. Each dish is bursting with flavour, showcasing the chef’s expertise in the art of grilling. You can taste the attention to detail and the quality of ingredients used in every bite, making it a true gastronomic experience.

You won’t want to miss the perfectly grilled salmon bakar or the mouthwatering slipper lobster percik, both bursting with bold flavors.  It’s hard not to fall in love with how they have executed the dishes to perfection, leaving you craving for more.

In addition to the grilled delights, Santai also offers a variety of delicious mains that are sure to satisfy your cravings. One standout dish is the ayam rendang, which is perfectly cooked to perfection with a thick and flavorful sauce that will have you savoring every bite. To complement this delicious dish, the restaurant offers a range of sides such as Ketupat Nasi Daun Kelapa and Ketupat Pulut Daun Palas, both of which are expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. For those looking for a flavorful and spicy dish, the Asam Laksa Utara is a must-try. This dish combines a spicy and sour blend that will leave your taste buds tingling with delight. If you prefer something less spicy, the Keow Teow Goreng Basah is also a great option.
