As Ramadan approaches where gatherings with families and friends are long awaited, Concorde Hotel Shah Alam culinary team offers a delightful series of traditional Malay cuisines from 23 March until 21 April 2023. Be spoilt during this holy month of Ramadan at Melting Pot Café for your breaking of fast with IFTAR AT CONCORDE as the theme for this year. Total of 4 different kind of menus on alternate day with various succulent dishes to savour your palate during the Iftar. 

 

Miss Amilia, the Director of Sales & Marketing shared that everyone can elevate their cravings with our appetizers such as

• Kerabu Sotong Suhun Utara

• Stir Fried Green Mussels with Thai Basil

• Kari Kepala Ikan Jenahak Tomato Bendi

• Kambing Panggang Berempah Bawang Putih and many more. 

Concorde Hotel Shah Alam is famed with signature ‘Bubur Lambuk’ that will be available daily. The 3 main Bubur Lambuk are:

• Bubur Lambuk Ayam Dara Lada Hitam

• Bubur Lambuk Daging Batang Pinang 

• Bubur Lambuk Makanan Laut.

• Nasi Putih Kukus Pandan Wangi, Nasi Jagung Bergajus, Nasi Briyani Kismis Emas,
