Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara wins awards by World Luxury, Luxury Lifestyle and CNBC

 Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara, an international luxury hotel in Kuala Lumpur is proud to receive awards for its service excellence in hospitality by Luxury Lifestyle Awards for the Best Luxury Spa Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 2022, CNBC and Statista for Best Hotels for Business Travelers 2022 and 3 World Luxury Awards in the categories of Luxury Hotel Regional Winner – South East Asia, Sofitel Spa – Luxury Hammam Experience Continent Winner – Asia and Wan Chun Ting – Authentic Cuisine Continent Winner – Asia.

Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara’s interior blends the local and French heritage with stunning art-pieces and sculptures.  Guestrooms range from 43 to 105 square metres, feature the signature bedding concept by MyBed™, WiFi and premium in-room amenities for the suites.  For dining, Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara offers four restaurants and bar, from Asian inspired cuisine to French-Italian Riviera cuisine and Imperial Cantonese cuisine.  Wellness and leisure facilities include an outdoor pool, Sofitel Spa with two Turkish bath treatment rooms and the Sofitel Fitness gymnasium with sauna and steam rooms.  For conventions, weddings, and corporate events, Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara boasts six meeting rooms including a pillar-less 1,100 square metre ‘Wau Bulan’ Ballroom.

The World Luxury Hotel Awards was won based on votes by the public across 99 different categories, presented on a global, continent, regional and country basis.  Judging criteria is based on service delivery, luxury and presentation.  Established in 2006, World Luxury Hotel Awards is the pinnacle of achievement in the luxury hotel industry offering international recognition as voted by guests, travelers and industry players alike. Over 300,000 international travelers vote each year, during a four-week period to select the winners. Luxury hotels have the opportunity to participate in the World Luxury Hotel Awards by entering hotel categories that showcase their unique selling points and destinations.

Luxury Lifestyle Awards for the Best Luxury Spa Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 2022

The Luxury Lifestyle Award was won based on its research experts team that analyzed markets using specific selection criteria to study and evaluate the ‘best of the best’ which includes the following in the evaluation: company history and reputation, history of completed projects, past awards, other accreditations, project locations, sustainability, resident amenities provided, customer testimonials and also referrals from other industry professionals.  The goal of the company is to connect people with the best of luxury. LLA has evaluated more than 10,000 various goods and services in 400 categories from 60 countries and analyzed the results to give a top list of the best of the best in the world.

CNBC and Statista Award for Best Hotels for Business Travelers 2022

The CNBC award was won based on the hotel’s location, business facilities, food, leisure activities, room characteristics and subjective reviews gathered from Google, TripAdvisor, Expedia and similar websites through CNBC’s readers survey which ran from May 3 to June 7, 2022.
