Sajian Bonda @ Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur

 Drawing inspiration from a Bonda’s touch, Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur is set to bring you on a culinary journey this season of togetherness with a host of traditional favorites in the heart of the city from 1 April to 1 May 2022.

“For many, one of the most cherished things is being able to celebrate the season and bond with our families over a meal prepared with the love and care of our mothers,” says Chef Unaver Unabia, Executive Chef of Traders Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

“These couple of years has taught us to truly appreciate these moments and it is most apt for us to go back to basics and enjoy a meal with our friends and family like how our mothers would prepare them at home.”

Revolving around the Bonda theme, Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers daily buffet dinner for dine in as well as set meals for takeaway and delivery. Cookies and an exclusive Gift Box are also available for Raya celebrations and gifting.

Sajian Bonda Buffet Dinner

And this year, Gobo Chit Chat brings you with the Sajian Bonda Buffet Diner which features the traditional culinary and delightful buffet dinner which includes the awesomelicious kerabu to start with. They have wide variety of kerabu to choose from. The varieties  include the Kerabu Nangka Pucuk Ubi, Kerabu Mangga, Kerabu Taugeh, Kerabu Kerang and many more.  They do have the Ulam Ulaman too in their buffet spread.

Don’t miss out the wide choices of sambal and tempoyak which is served in the buffet spread too. 

Warm your tummy with their Sup Tulang Merah Muar which is simply unique and it comes with the aromatic and flavourful taste. Dip them with the bread to enhance the overall taste.

Asides from them, don’t miss out their awesome choices of buffet delights where they have the Ikan Bakar Station serving you with the awesome grill on the spot where you can find squid, fish and many more. 

Asides from that, some of their signatures and must try includes the Kari Laksa Udang Galah, Roasted Whole Lamb, Ayam Golek, Wok Fried Chili Crab, Sup Tulang Merah Muar, Asam Pedas Ekor and Burung Puyuh Goreng Kunyit to name a few.

The Sajian Bonda Buffet Dinner at Gobo Chit Chat is available every day from 1 April 2022 – 1 May 2022 with three (3) rotational menus on weekdays and two (2) rotational menus on weekends.

Weekday (Sunday – Thursday)

• MYR 128 nett per adult | MYR 64 nett per child

Weekend (Friday & Saturday)

• MYR 148 nett per adult | MYR 74 nett per child

Early Bird Price (available from 7 – 31 March 2022):

• MYR 88 nett per adult | MYR 44 nett per child

Dulang Bonda Set Meals

For those who will be keeping it cozy at home, the Dulang Bonda features traditional favorites from starters like Kerabu Mangga and Otak-otak to main dishes and dessert such as Ayam Percik, Gulai Siakap Samudera, Rendang Daging Sapi as well as Kek Marble Pandan and assorted traditional Kuih.

The Dulang Bonda comes in three (3) variations and prices start from MYR58 nett per set. Dulang Bonda is available for takeaway and delivery on the Traders’ online store at www.tradersklspecials.com from 1

April 2022 to 1 May 2022.

*Each set serves 2 -3 people.
