Mountain Village @ SS2: Unique Nyonya Meals from RM 1.80

April 19, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

Klang Valley residents are welcome to prepare themselves for authentic Nyonya dishes and indulge in a variety of local delights. Mountain Village Restaurant will be opening its door to serve the public with some traditional and unique Nyonya cuisines located at SS2.

In here, one can enjoy the scrumptious meals as low as RM 1.50 here.

Nyonya Kahwin (RM 3.80)

We started off our meal with their signature Nyonya Kahwin (RM 3.80) where one can enjoy the combination of the Nyonya Asam Laksa and Nyonya Curry in 1 bowl. The taste comes pretty unique where they combined both the Curry and Asam Laksa in one.

Nyonya Mee Siam (RM 3.50)

The Mee Siam is worth to go for as they are perfectly stir fried and filled with wok hei.  The stir fried bihun completed with the beansprout, egg and fish cake. They are indeed tasty and delicious.

Asam Laksa (RM 3.80)

Love some asam laksa, one can enjoy the asam laksa which is filled with the scrumptious ingredients in it. They are packed with generous ingredients with the thick and sourish broth that is definitely delicious.

Nasi Lemak (RM  5.50)

In here, they do serve nasi lemak as well. They have the basic nasi lemak which comes with sambal, egg and anchoives or one can topup the sambal with the delicious fried chicken. The fried chicken is well marinated with the spices and it is then being deep fried till perfection. Awesomely good and addictive!

As for drinks, one can enjoy wide variety of drinks where one of their signatures is their 3 Layer Tea. The 3 layer tea is perfectly brewed and added with the blue pea flower in it. Beautifully prepared.

If you are looking for a budget friendly place to enjoy your meals. Mountain Village Restaurant is indeed a place to visit
