We’re treating mothers to our Pretty In Pink afternoon tea at WXYZ, with delectable sweet and savoury treats such as our Salmon Rose – an instagrammable smoked salmon rose, cured with beetroot and served on a brioche topped with lump fish roe, Crab Roll on Compressed Watermelon, Sprinkled with Olive Dust, raspberry eclairs, a Hazelnut Dome, homemade raisin & butter scones, and more.
Held in the hotel’s lobby lounge venue WXYZ Bar, the area will be transformed into a tropical paradise, filled with plants from homegrand brand Bloomspace which will also be available for purchase over the Mother’s Day weekend.
