AUSPICIOUS CELERBATIONS AT CONCORDE KL

 The warmest scene to see during Chinese New Year has to be the annual reunion dinner which it will be a memorable memory for you. So, bond with your family over sumptuous Cantonese fare at Xin Cuisine Restaurant as we have the most abundant options from the lou yee sang, poon choy to the sweetest dessert, nian gao. 

Yee Sang  

Xin Cuisine offers three types of  Yee Sang which are Yee Sang with Jelly Fish, Yee Sang with Salmon and Snow Pear along with the ultimate Yee Sang with Fresh Mixed Fruits. So, let’s raise our chopsticks and get ready to toss for luck, wealth and prosperity. Price : RM98.00 nett – RM148.00 nett (small/large) portion

Prosperity Poon Choy 

This dish literally translates to ‘basin feast’. In this dish, it contains luxurious ingredients. Add on with the combination of seafood and meat to bring out the natural sweet flavours then top with a delectable sauce… simply mouth-watering! Once you try it, you will never forget about the taste! 

This dish is meaningful for the reunion dinner as all the delicacies are served together in a round container which it fosters auspicious meaning of unity and prosperity. The layer of the dish consists of  Pork Knuckle, Abalone, Dried Scallop, Dried Oyster, Sea Cucumber, Fish Maw, Tiger Prawn, Roasted Duck, Roasted Chicken, Black Mushroom, Chinese Cabbage, Lotus Root, Yam, Radish, Sea Moss, Broccoli, Tofu Sheet and Beancurd Gluten. The Poon Choy is priced at RM628.00 nett/pot (8 persons portion). 

If guests opt for the Poon Choy Set at RM788.00 nett (8 persons portion), the set includes one pot Poon Choy, Jelly Fish Yee Sang, Waxed Meat Rice and ‘Fuk’ Nian Gao. For all poon choy orders, guests are advised to pre-order with a minimum of 3 days prior to collection date. Each takeaway of Poon Choy dish will include a pot and a bag.

Chinese New Year Set Menus

For big sau kong and hoi kong dinners, check out Xin Cuisine’s prosperity set menus. Guests can enjoy yee sang, iberico spare ribs, various homestyle dishes and Chinese New Year’s pastries. Set menu prices are RM1,688.00 nett and RM2,088.00 nett per table of 10 persons. Gather everyone, dine together and create memorable 2022 new year memories.

As always, other traditional delicacies showcased include the scrumptious Waxed Meat dishes and the irresistible new year dessert, Nian Gao.

Note : Xin Cuisine is closed on the 1st day of CNY and will resume for business on 2nday of 

CNY (Feb 2), 9 am.
