PAVILION BUKIT JALIL SPREADS CHRISTMAS CHEER WITH FIRST 3D MAPPING PROJECTION ON THE SHOPPING MALL DOME

December 29, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, and there’s no better place to be jolly with friends, family and loved ones than at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, the perfect social hub that is welcoming shoppers looking to reconnect this festive season in conjunction with the year-end celebrations.

This December, Pavilion Bukit Jalil invites shoppers to get in the festive Christmas mood, presenting shoppers with its Dome of Wonders. Awarded the “First Projection Mapping on a Shopping Mall Dome” by the Malaysia Book of Records, this exciting and immersive Christmas show enthrals shoppers and visitors alike at the Centre Court, Level 3 as part its inaugural Christmas celebration – A Christmas Wonderland

“Christmas is about spending time with loved ones while spreading warmth and good cheer. As shoppers begin to plan for the festive season, we are transforming our retail spaces into an extraordinary experience that can be shared by families and friends. Pavilion Bukit Jalil is excited to present its Dome of Wonders, a 3D projection mapping spectacle to get everyone into a festive, merry and joyful mood this year-end,” says Dato’ Joyce Yap, Chief Executive Officer of Retail for Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn. Bhd., Retail Planner of Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

At our Centre Court, Level 2, shoppers of all ages can marvel at the brilliantly illuminated Dome of Wonders as the shopping mall dome is transformed into a spectacular show of light and colour using specialised projection mapping technology. This illuminating experience is sure to bring a twinkle to the eyes as the dome is set aglow every day at 8pm and 9pm for shoppers to enjoy.

Paired with beautiful Christmas decorations, the Dome of Wonders will be one of the many Christmas wonders in Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s Christmas Wonderland, a wondrous celebration that looks to spread the Christmas cheer and make the festive season merry and bright for the immediate 1.9 million catchment population and beyond.

In addition to the Dome of Wonders, shoppers can also enjoy and celebrate the festive season with lots of exclusive rewards and giveaways, exciting festive events and activities as well as wonderful gifting specials at Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s Christmas Wonderland. From a Snow Tunnel as well as Yuletide Carousel & Train rides accompanied by a line-up of festive events, Santa & Santarina appearances, Christmas Carolling, exciting rewards and more, there’s something for everyone to get into the festive mood at Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

Spanning five retail floors with a total of 1.8 million square feet of retail space, Pavilion Bukit Jalil is set be the largest fully integrated regional lifestyle mall in Klang Valley’s Southern Corridor, offering a vibrant mix of well-known retail brands and new reputable international brands who have selected Pavilion Bukit Jalil to enter the retail market in Malaysia for the first time.
