Health Monitoring with the #GalaxyWatch4 Series

December 18, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

As we begin to phase into normalcy, taking preventive measures such as keeping social distancing and practicing proper SOP is still crucial as we’re still exposed to risk of being infected by Covid-19. The #GalaxyWatch4 Series knows how important real-time health monitoring is to you.

Whether at work or asleep, it is crucial to monitor your Blood Oxygen[1]  level from time to time to keep track of your current condition and seek medical assistance should your SpO2 levels be low. With the #GalaxyWatch4 series, you’ll be able to track your Blood Oxygen level at the convenience of your wrist.

To track your Blood Oxygen while sleeping, you’ll first need to open the Samsung Health app, turn on blood oxygen monitoring during sleep feature under Sleep and you’re ready to go. Get even more detailed health information when you pair your #GalaxyWatch4 series with your Galaxy Smartphone via the Samsung Health app.
