 Halley by Wondermama brings features their dim sum and roast menu where the menu conceptualized by team at Wondermama. If you are not aware, Wondermama offer you with the modern twist and redefined the multi-generational flavors in one place. ‘

Located at the beautiful space in Damansara Heights which is in The Republik, Halley is indeed one of the hip places to visit and to enjoy great meals with family and friends regardless of breakfast, lunch, yum cha, or even dinner. In here, they brings you with the wide choices of meals from dim sums to roasts, to rice and sharing dishes and you will definitely fill your tummies with all the great food. 

A must to try is of course the Halley Dim Sum Platter which comes with wide variety choices of dim sum in one goal. The choices of dim sum includes the Charcoal Crystal Shrimp Dumpling with Truffle Oil + Shrimp & Scallop Dumpling + Swan Taro Puff with Chili Crab + Stir Fried Radish Cake with Spicy Seafood Sauce & Dried Shrimp + Steamed Shrimp & Chives Chee Cheong Fun.

 They are beautifully displayed on the wooden tray and they are beautifully presented like an art. The Charcoal Crystal Shrimp Dumpling comes so good with the pulpy bites of shrimps in it and they are just deliciously done. AS for the shrimp and scallop dumpling, they come with the chunky bites of shrimps and scallop in it. the 

Steamed Traditional BBQ Chicken Bao

Once a bites, we are amazed with the taste. It does not taste like the chicken bao at all. The taste is so good and I cant resist to enjoy the whole bao on my own. The skin is thin and fluffy with the chunky meat inside. The taste is just perfect and each mouthful is such an indulgence. 

Charcoal Salted Egg Yolk Lava Bun

The Salted Egg Yolk Lava Bun is another must highlight. The ooziness of the lava from the salted egg yolk bun comes sinfully good and addictive. 

Avocado Roll with Crispy Silk Wrap

For those who love avocado, this is something worth to go for. You can now enjoy the bites of the creamy avocado which is inside the crispy silk wrap. Delicious ! 

Trio Roast Meat Platter (Roast Chicken + Roast Duck + BBQ Chicken+ Signature Premium sauces 

(Sour Plum Orange, Herbal, Superior Abalone, Sichuan Mala)

A must to go for is their Trio Roast Meat Platter. The heavenly delights all in one plate is divinely good and beautifully roasted. Each of them is perfectly prepared and well roasted making each mouthful comes divinely good and delicious. The meat comes simply juicy and tender. They are paired with their wide choices of  premium sauce which is specially curated by their chef. 

Duck Fried Rice

Rice lover? It is time for you to indulge with the Duck Fried Rice. The fried rice is perfectly fried with wok-hei ensuring each mouthful is aromatic and delicious. They are perfectly stir fried and comes with chunks of bites of the duck meat in it. 

Wok Fried Shanghai Ramen with Beef

And for ramen lover, do try their signature ramen. Al-dente noodles which is perfectly stir fried aromatic beef taste in it. The dish comes completely good especially the fragrant tender beef cubes. 

As for drinks, they comes with the wide choices of awesome refreshing drinks such as the Apple Asamboi and the Granny Kumquat. 

For tea lover, you can opt for their soothing Pu Er Glutinous Bamboo Fragrant Tea

Overall, Halley by Wondermama is indeed a great restaurant to dine as they offer you with the wide variety choices of meals and a beautiful ambience.
