Pinch Me! Elevate your Happy Hour Experience at Cassio with the Winter Pinchos Menu

October 20, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

Cassio launches the winter edition Pinch Me! pinchos menu to give guests a taste of authentic and delicious Spanish cuisine that one may not have come across before. Showcasing items and ingredients used in dishes from across Spain, the new pinchos menu features 8 delicious small bites that take guests on a culinary trip around the country. Designed to be shared, the winter menu is the perfect accompaniment to the intimate nature of the venue’s lounge atmosphere.

Available from 6-9pm during Cassio’s Happy Hour, the new Pinch Me! pinchos menu is served on a platter allowing guests to enjoy the assortment in its entirety, experiencing the various textures and flavours at play. Comprising of reimagined old favorites and exciting new additions, the new menu also features vegan and vegetarian options.

Venture to the Spanish coast with “gambas al ajillo”; plump prawns sauteed with garlic and espelette sauce. Get transported to northern Basque Country with the new “slow cooked pork belly”; which includes succulent pork belly with rosemary sauce and fried polenta, as well as “chistorra with cheese”; a unique semi-cured sausage similar to chorizo and tetilla cheese. Travel to the La Mancha region with Cassio’s take on the vegetarian “Spanish omelette” made up of the traditional egg, onion and potatoes but also ‘pisto manchego’, a Spanish style ratatouille that is sure to delight even the fussiest of palates.

The pinchos menu has been crafted by Cassio’s resident chef, Salvador Benedicto. Focusing on creative, modern and ambitious cooking, with an emphasis on presentation, Chef Salvador has crafted Cassio’s menus using only the freshest ingredients combined with his knowledge of Spanish cooking traditions. The result is diverse and thoughtful, bursting with flavours that will no doubt captivate guests.

Let Cassio take you on an exciting culinary journey through Spain this winter, available every Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm to 9pm. Launching on October 13th, the Pinch Me! winter edition sharing board is available at $128 per person during happy hour. There’s no need to pinch yourself at Cassio, you are definitely not dreaming!
