The Singapore Food Festival (SFF), one of the most highly-anticipated events on every foodie’s calendar, returns for its 28 th edition over three weekends from 27 August to 12 September 2021 with the theme ‘Savour Singapore In Every Bite’. The only festival in Singapore dedicated to local cuisine and F&B talent, it continues to innovate, bringing foodies more than 50 gastronomic and drinking experiences on a hybrid platform. This is double the number 1 compared to last year’s virtual edition.
And this time, we got to experience a large variety of delighting food from Singapore such as the Old Seng Choong, Nommish, Fupi and many more.
Old Seng Choong – Sambal Nasi Lemak Cookies
Bringing you with the iconic local dish, Nasi Lemak was selected by Old Seng Chong as the inspiration for this Singapore Food Festival Creation. And this time, they comes up with the packed if this awesome cookies which brings you with a spicy punch, these moreish bites are truly on exceptional rendition of this classic local dish.
Nommish – Kopi Granola
With the imbued with crushed coffee beans and caramelized coffee powder, Nommish’s Kopi Granola has an intoxicating and a punchy aroma.. Coupled with whole-rolled oaks, buckwheats, groats and nuts, it’s an easy energy -boosting snack that captures the distinct fragrance of Singapore’s traditional coffee
Fupi – Mala Beancurds Crisps
This is indeed our favourites where one can enjoy the senses of “fiercy”, “numbing” and “savoury”/ The Fupi’s Sichuan Mala has the perfect blend of fieriness and a touch of that addictive numbing feelings that keeps you coming back for more.
Kim Guan Guan
Another must try is their Singapore’s beloved beverage. In here, you can enjoy the brewing of the sachet bag which is crafted and formulated attentively into 5 types of different types of Kopi & Teh which is beautifully packed in a box.

Programme highlights
This year’s festival line up comprises four components: Live Masterclasses, Virtual Food Experiences, Partner Events and Workshops, and SFF food merchandise.
As part of SFF, there will also be Virtual Food Experiences in interactive formats for international festivalgoers. Take a deep dive into the ins-and-outs of innovative businesses such as Kok Fah Farm through a docu-feature, which takes foodies on a tour around the soil and hydroponics farm, and recipe videos like Kitchen Insider: Sustenir, which educate foodies on modern farming in Singapore, suggesting ways to incorporate local produce into everyday dishes, supercharging it with nutrition. Additionally, foodies can look forward to a journey of rediscovery as they feast their eyes on delectable dishes in the virtual food tours of Little India and Tiong Bahru presented by popular food host, Nikki Muller.
