Hakka food is something I always love where they are bringing you unique tastebuds and their dishes are always savoury and tempting. We often visit some Hakka restaurants in Klang Valley when we are craving for them but due to pandemics, I am hardly able to travel afar to savour my Hakka delicacies. Recently, we got to know about the nice online restaurant in KL that brings us with the delicious Hakka delights that deliver to your doorsteps.
For those who are not aware; Savoury holds a principle of delivering the authentic Hakka delights and some of their signatures include the Whole Emperor Herbal Chicken, Hakka Abacus, Pork Belly and more.
The Whole Emperor Herbal Chicken is the highlight and of course our favourite of all. We love how they are being made as the chicken is cooked and steamed with loads of herbs and wolfberry in it. The dish comes impressively good especially the kampung chicken is well infused with the fragrant taste of herbs in it.
Asides from that, one can also enjoy their other delicacies such as their signature Hakka Braised Pork Belly with Taro. Deliciously made, the pork belly comes amazingly good with the melts in the mouth sensation and each mouthful is so flavourful. Perfectly goes well with their homemade bao.
If you love some spicy twist, go for their Spicy Kau Yok which comes with spicy bites. They are fragrantly done with some spicy touch in them making them so addictive.
Don’t miss out their Hakka Abacus Seed which is savoury and yet deliciously done.
