Merdeka Flavours from Quan’s Kitchen @ Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown

Enjoy the scrumptiousmeal this Merdeka at Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown. And this merdeka and independence day with your friends and family with the iconic Malaysian dish which is paired with the Cincalok Chicken or Rendang Tok Beef Short Ribs

.

The Cincalok Chicken comes amazing good with the tender and juicy chicken which is well coated with cincalok and grilled till perfection. It is then sides with the  well roasted potatos which we give a double thumbs up.

Asides from the Cincolok Chicken, one can enjoy the Salted Egg Brinjal in the selection as well. Crispy brinjal coated with the salted egg leaving you with the aromatic and fragrant taste.

 

And of course, enjoy some salad as well.

Complete the meal with our Pastry Chef Chua’s homemade Black Glutinous Rice & Coconut Tart RM28 for 2. That’s so perfect and such a nice and sweet ending after an awesome-licious meal.
