Ili Sulaiman’s Baked Feta Pasta x M&S Italian Food Range
This trending recipe is just so delicious and made easy with M&S Italian Range Pantry items. In just 25 minutes you have a wholesome and delicious meal for the whole family.
Preparation time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 20 minutes | Serves: 6 pax
For The Sauce
1 block of feta cheese (about 180g)
2 cloves garlic
1 jar of Made in Italy Tomato and Herb pasta sauce
6 – 8 pieces of M&S Made in Italy Semi Dried Cherry Tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil
100g of Slice Hojiblanca Olive – Drained
4 tablespoons Italian Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian Herb
1 teaspoon chili flakes (more if you like it spicy)
For the Pasta
500g M&S Gluten Free Penne
2 liters of hot water
2 tablespoon of salt
Method
Step 1: For the Pasta Sauce
● Chop 2 cloves of garlic
● Dice some M&S Made In Italy Semi Dried Tomatoes
● Pour M&S Made In Italy Tomato and Herb Pasta Sauce into casserole
● Sprinkle chopped garlic onto sauce
● Add in semi dried cherry tomatoes
● Sprinkle Chili flakes & italian herbs
● Add sliced Hojiblanca Olives
● Place 1 block of Goats Feta Cheese on top
● Season with Black Pepper
● Drizzle some Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Step 2: Cook the Sauce
● Preheat oven at 180C and cook for 15-20 minutes
Step 3: Boil the Pasta
● Boil M&S Gluten Free Penne Pasta
● Boil until cooked to perfection
● Drain Pasta and set aside
Step 4: Combine the Pasta and the Sauce
● Mash the feta cheese and mix
● Add in cooked pasta and combine
Step 5: To serve
● Drizzle some olive oil and serve
