Weissbrau @ Pavilion KL

May 4, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

Weissbrau provides everything from pork knuckles and ribs to cold cuts and sausages galore – a German Bistro with a very casual atmosphere in a semi-open air space. The restaurant comes simply cool with the beautiful decoration just like how it is in German.

The restaurant is located at Level 3 of the mall where one can enjoy the authentic German delights. The restaurant is inspired by its name – Weissbrau which means wheat beer and in here you can indulge the delighting hearty comfort food combined with their beer.

Giant Pork Knuckle (RM 98)

In here, one must have is their Giant Pork Knuckle. The pork knuckle which is cooked for 3 hours and then being deep fried till perfection.  They are then served with the black pepper sauce, baby potatoes, bacon sauerkraut, and grilled vegetables.

Meat Platter (RM 168)

The set comes with the assorted of sausage, pork neck, pork ribs and the roasted pork belly. It is then served with the German potato salad, pineapple, gravy sauce, mustard sauce, coleslaw and bread. As for me, I love their roasted pork belly where is crispy at the outside and juicy in the inside. The pork ribs come simply juicy!

Pork Meatball (RM 38)

The pork meatball is impressively good. I love the juicy homemade pork meatball with the al-dente spaghetti. It is served with their awesome homemade spicy tomato sauce.

Bacon Carbonara (RM 32)

Love the creaminess of it. The Bacon Carbonara comes awesomely good where each mouthful is completed with the fragrant bacon crisp in it. Just perfect!

Roestizza Portofino (RM 29)

Uniquely delicious! The Roestizza Portofino is something I love the most here. It served with the prawns, cherry tomato, mozzarella and rockets. Perfect at anytime!

Weissbrau is indeed one of the nice German restaurants to visit in Pavilion KL as they offer you with great food and nice ambience. Time to visit them now!

And now you can buy some of their premium sausages home too!
