Meat & Sea @ Sri Hartamas : Thai Food with Le Creuset!

May 25, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

We are totally in love with this awesome restaurant. Meat & Sea is one of the Thai Restaurant located in Sri Hartamas offering you the authentic Thai home-cook delights using the premium French brand – Le Creuset to cook and what’s more is they are using 100% premium Thai Ingredients as well.

And this time, Meat & Sea brings you with the wide variety of Thai dishes that you will definitely fall in love. We started off with  Mango Salad. The Mango Salad is deliciously done where the mango is thinly slice  and topped with the crunchy peanuts, tomato, as well as chili padi.

Their signature fresh siham is really good. For those who love to have them, they come with pulpy juicy siham. The siham is incredibly huge where siham lover would definitely fall in love with it. In here, you can enjoy this awesome juicy bites of it and you can have them with their special sauce.

Tomyam Talay ( Mixed of Seafood: Prawns, Squid & Mussel)

Next we have their awesome-licious tomyam which is packed with aromatic flavours, The tomyam was superbly good and it’s still warm till the last drip. We love how the tomyam is done where every mouthful comes with the aromatic fragrant combination of the spicy and light sourish. They are packed with seafood goodness in them.

Khao Ka Moo

Another signature food in Thailand that I love. In here, one can enjoy the deliciously done  braised pork which is served together with the salted vegetables and  hard-boiled egg. The dish comes so good with the tender juicy pork meat in it.

  Moo Ping (pork on sticks)

It is always a must when we are in Thailand. The Moo Ping here comes amazingly good where they are perfectly marinated and the meat is so tender and juicy. I love how it is made and each mouthful is sinfully addictive.

Moo Saam Chan

Must try is also their deep-fried crispy pork belly. The pork belly is beautifully deep fried and each mouthful is perfect and delicious. They are so good that I don’t mind going for more!

Pla Kaphng Tod Yum Takrai

Nothing beats some deep fried fish. Now you can enjoy the awesome deep fried fish till golden brown which is cook together with ginger, shallots, chilli, lime, slices, lemongrass, mint leaves, cashew nuts and lemon fish sauce.

And the desserts of the day are definitely a great creation from the chef where they bring you with delectable and delicious sweet desserts with egg and tang yuan inside the creamy coconut milk. Yummz

Dining here is just so nice and enjoyable. Besides good food, I can admire my favorite Le -Creuset here too.

Besides dining in, Meat & Sea also offers TAKEAWAY for its dishes for those who wish to dine at home. For more information and booking, check out their Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/meatnseakl/
