‘Jelajah Selera’ Ramadan Buffet at The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The Saujana Hotel celebrates Ramadan 2021 with a wholesome and diverse blend of traditional dishes served during the Hari Raya season as well as Malaysian and international favourites from the world over. Ignite the spirit of Ramadan with your family, friends and colleagues by reminiscing and indulging in authentic Malaysian kampung delicacies.

Charcoal restaurant presents dedicated live cooking stations where its elite chefs perform gastronomical stunts right before the diners’ eyes – providing patrons a journey that promises to excite their palate, delight their senses and transport them to a culinary wonderland. 

Signature food and sure crowd-pleasers during the holy month is Kambing Golek (Slow-roasted marinated whole lamb) and Bubur Lambuk (tasty, savoury congee). Moreover, the various starters ranging from refreshing green salads to the traditional Kerabu Mangga Muda, Kerabu Udang, Gado-gado and assorted ‘Ulam-Ulaman’ are a perfect beginning to a sumptuous spread. Pescatarians and seafood lovers, will thoroughly enjoy the ‘Seafood on Ice’, Fresh Oysters and Sashimi station. All of these and many more to satisfy your hunger and cravings. 

Not to be missed is the sweet ending of a buffet is the heavenly desserts that one must try for a contented tummy. Be treated to delectable desserts such as Assorted Malay Kuih, Ice Kacang with Durian, Bubur Pulut Durian, Tau Fu Fah, assorted cakes, tarts and other desserts awaits you. It is indeed a blessed yet extravagant way to ‘berbuka puasa’ with your loved ones.

The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur also offers a perfect setting for Corporate Banquet Ramadan bookings with a minimum of 40 persons priced at RM150 nett per person with Early Bird deals going at RM135 nett per person.

Charcoal restaurant is halal certified by JAKIM.

Parking is free and surau facility is available.

Guaranteed bookings before 7th April 2021, will enjoy a special Early Bird rate at RM128 nett per adult and RM64 nett per child. From the 8th April, the Ramadhan Buffet will be priced at RM160 nett per adult and RM80 nett per child.
