Bring your home entertainment to the next level with Epson’s new EpiqVision Mini EF-12 Laser Projection TV

March 23, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

Home entertainment becomes more convenient and enjoyable with the arrival of Epson’s EpiqVision Mini EF-12 laser projection TV. Compact and lightweight, this easy-to-use laser projector allows users to enjoy cinema experience at home at an affordable price without sacrificing on image and sound quality.

Powered by Epson’s advanced 3LCD Technology, the 1000-lumen EpiqVision Mini EF-12 offers Full HD resolution, ensuring that the projected images are clear and sharp in any environment, even in controlled lighting environments. With laser as its light source, this model has a longer life cycle of up to 20,000 hours  maintenance-free , contributing to greater cost savings and making owning one more economical and reasonable in the long run compared to lamp projectors.
For the most optimal home viewing experience, the EpiqVision Mini EF-12 can project up to 150 inches of display size, which is three times larger than a 50-inch TV, allowing users to select the ideal screen size for any room configuration and viewing distance.
The EpiqVision Mini EF-12 laser projection TV is built to support 4k signal inputs, adjusting the source and material to Full HD for your viewing pleasure. The EpiqVision Mini EF-12 allows users for the first time in an Epson projector to experience sound by YAMAHA, with the ability to operate as a stand-alone smart speaker. Additionally, with Android TV™, the projector offers thousands of movies, shows and games on Google Play, YouTube and many other popular apps.    Furthermore, with Chromecast built-in™, users can cast their favourite entertainment applications directly to the big screen from an Android™ or iOS device, Mac or Windows computer, or Chromebook,   offering a smart solution for a visually connected home. The Android TV™ feature also allows customers to plan their day, access their calendar or control compatible smart home devices  such as adjusting home temperature and lighting .
The new laser projector’s compact design makes it ultra-portable and small enough to fit even in tight home spaces.  Designed for fuss-free installation and projection, the EpiqVision Mini EF-12 uses the auto installation feature to adjust the focus and vertical and horizontal keystones  automatically, allowing users to enjoy their content in a matter of minutes after setting up. It also comes with the Epson Online Meetings powered by Zoom app that enables users to make Zoom virtual calls without the need of a separate personal computer.
“The new entry level and portable home projector EpiqVision Mini EF-12 laser projection TV is designed to provide you with a big-screen, surround-sound theater experience in the comforts of your own home – something that has become more relevant given our new normal. With the introduction of this new model, we are offering a lifestyle and home entertainment solution that’s both cost-efficient and sustainable without sacrificing quality, which makes it the smart choice for everyone,” said Daisuke Hori, Managing Director of Epson Malaysia.

Epson EpiqVision Mini EF-12 laser projection TV comes with 1080p resolution and 1000lm colour/white brightness. It will be available in mid-April at retail price of RM5,000.
