USHER INTO A MOOVELLOUS LUNAR NEW YEAR 2021 AT SUNGEI WANG PLAZA

 Herald to a Moovellous and prosperous Year of The Ox with an innumerable abundance of shopping experience and rewards at Sungei Wang Plaza! Today, Sungei Wang Plaza unveiled a contemporary theme named ‘Moovellous 2021” to welcome the season for new beginnings, new desires, and new aspirations in this year’s Chinese New Year. The mall has been transformed into a modern Chinese village full of Chinese lanterns, flower blossoms, gold ingots, and vibrant red decorations. A spectacular array of Chinese architecture arch in red horn design is decked at the main entrance to welcome every shopper into the “Moovellous” festive aura at Sungei Wang Plaza.

Inspired by Chinese mythology in the symbology of the ox, the centre court will feature a magnificent cherry blossom tree centre-pieced with six (6) oxen symbolizing fortune, prosperity, longevity, abundance, healthy and joy, standing stationed on top of the moving carousel to promote the Lunar New Year mood. There is also a magpie bridge with the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl next to the centrepiece providing a fantastic photo opportunity for every lovely couples to capture their exquisite moment with bountiful blessings and good grace.

As part of CSR initiative, the Management team of Sungei Wang Plaza together with Dé Culture Saloon will visit welfare home in February 2021 to clean up and decorate home for Chinese New Year as well as do a haircut for the underprivileged.
