Tea-Licious CNY Menu @ Purple Cane

Purple Cane is one of the brands which not just all about TEA, but they offer you more than that. This year, Purple Cane Restaurant brings you with their awesome menu which definitely will WOW you. Purple Cane is one of the brand which is worth to enjoy where they comes up with their unique  tea-licious menu.

And of course, as Chinese Tradition, Yee Sang is a must! We start off with the Health-Tealicious Abalone Yee Sang ( 10 pax) comes with generous portion and they are  superbly good. The yee sang is well prepared with their fresh vegetables and comes with their home made passion fruit sauce. They are really awesome as I love it so much because they are simply refreshing! 

And this time, one can enjoy the a Free Clear Soup Abalone ( worth RM 48) with any purchase of Abalone Yee Sang  (10pax) during the Pre sales period.

And this time, we tried their Joyful Happiness Set which is priced at RM 368 (NP: RM 433.70). The 6 course dinner is beautifully curated and they are awesomely good.

Steamed Kampung Chicken with Dried Oyster and Fatt Choy 

Using the Oolong Tea in steamed the chicken, they are really awesome. The kampng chicken comes simply good and delicious. The chicken is well steamed and comes with the light aroma from the oolong tea. And they are completed with dried oyster and fatt choy with the key of prosperity! 

 Mongolian Style Sauteed Prawn with Butter and Black Pepper 

One of the addictive dish to go for, the Mongolian style Sauteed prawns where the prawns is perfectly cooked with the butter and black pepper. They are well-enhanced with their lychee black tea which makes the dish perfect !

For fish lover, their steamed slice grouper with minced pickle and jasmine  tea is perfect. The flaky fish meat is perfectly steamed and they are really nice. 

And of course don’t miss out their signature Sauteed Celery with Beech Mushroom, White  Mushroom and Walnut. They are well-fried with their Tie Guan Yin Tea . 

And of course, ends your meal with the Deep Fried Golden Rice Cake. They are pretty unique as it is made from Green Tea! 

Purple Cane also offers Harmonious Celebration Set (for 6-7 pax) at promotion price of RM 488 (instead of RM 559.70), Bountiful Harvest Set (for 6-7pax) at promotion price of RM 588 (instead of RM 727.70) and Auspicious Fortune Set (for 10 pax) at promotion price of RM 988 (instead of RM 1307). Which will highlights also some other tea infused dishes were; Assorted Signature Tea-Combination Hot Platter (4-in-1) (infused with Oolong Tea), Prosperity Vegetable Treasure Pot (infused with Oolong Tea), Deep Fried

 Vegetarian Prawn with Meesua and Cereal (infused with Oolong Tea), Braised Assorted Mushroom with Beancurd (infused with Shui Xian Tea), Steamed Patin Fish in Soy Sauce (infused with Jasmine Tea), Sauteed Celery with Scallop and Walnut (infused with Tie Guan Yin Tea), Double-Boiled Silky Tender Chicken with Dried Scallop and Cordyceps Flower (infused with Oolong Tea), Stewed Abalone and Shiitake Mushroom with Broccoli (infused with Shui Xian Tea), Sauteed Prawn with Orange Cheese Dressing (infused with Long Jing Tea), Signature Seafood Long Jing Fried Rice with Fish Roe and Prawn and Sweetened Peach Resin with Longan (infused with Lychee Black Tea).
