Nestlé Spreads Prosperity This Lunar New Year

January 23, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

With the Year of the Ox soon approaching, Nestlé is spreading prosperity for the auspicious occasion with the exciting Peraduan Nestlé Niu Year (Nestlé Niu Year Contest), offering Malaysians the opportunity to win amazing prizes worth more than RM900,000!

Simply by purchasing RM5 worth of selected Nestlé Ready-to-Drink (RTD) products, available in convenient formats such as canned drinks, bottles and UHT packs during the contest period from January 8 to March 8, 2021, eight lucky participants will stand a chance to win the Grand Prize of the much-awaited all-new Proton X50 SUV, with eight units up for grabs worth RM79,000 each! On top of this, providing even more opportunities to win, weekly cash prizes of RM2,888 and RM888 will be given out to 16 first place consolation prize winners and 240 second place consolation prize winners, respectively.

Ms. April Wong, Business Executive Officer, Ready to Drink Business Unit, Nestlé (Malaysia) Berhad said, “To help lift spirits and ease the burden of Malaysians during this difficult time, we would like to usher in a brighter year and share good fortune by rewarding Malaysians with these amazing prizes! Commemorating this special time of new beginnings and strengthening bonds with loved ones, through Peraduan Nestlé Niu Year, the whole family can enjoy our wide range of ready-to-drink beverages during the festive celebrations. We hope that this contest helps to spread an abundance of happiness and joy as we welcome the Lunar New Year.”

Entering the contest is easy, with four participating Nestlé brands, namely MILO, NESCAFÉ, JUST MILK and Nestlé Omega Plus, consumers just need to purchase RM5 worth of RTD products from any of the brands in a single receipt, include the required information on the receipt and submit a photo of the receipt via WhatsApp to 018 228 6836. There is also no limit to the number of entries people can submit, so the more entries submitted, the higher the chances of winning! The contest is open to all residents of Malaysia nationwide.

Participating retailers include major minimarkets, supermarkets, hypermarkets, petrol marts, convenience stores as well as e-commerce platforms, including Lazada and Shopee, across Malaysia who provide official receipt as proof of purchase.
