KFC Ushers in CNY with KFC Golden Butter Cereal

January 25, 2021 By StrawberrY Gal - Food News Leave a Comment

KFC wishes Malaysians good fortune, wealth, and prosperity with a new golden menu specially created to celebrate the upcoming CNY. The new KFC Golden Butter Cereal is abundantly rich, buttery, and crunchy… you’ll enjoy it down to the last crumb!

To create this truly divine dish, KFC’s succulent Hot & Spicy chicken is generously double-coated – first in loads of spices and seasonings made up of creamy butter, cereal malt, parsley, and fried curry leaves.

Then covered in heaps of buttery-sweet crunchy Nestum cereal that has been fried with slivers of curry leaves, and chili flakes – giving it incredible texture for major crunch!

It is sweet yet savory with a hint of spicy, and that rich, buttery mouthfeel makes even the crumbs irresistible!

“Like the many occasions that have been affected last year, Malaysians will be celebrating a different kind of CNY this year. Nonetheless, KFC remains committed to constantly bring you safe-to-eat, freshly made delicious food at your convenience whether through Contactless Takeaway, Contactless Self Collect including Pandu Ambil, or Contactless Delivery. The new KFC Golden Butter Cereal is made extra special for you to enjoy these golden CNY moments with your loved ones,” said Evelyn Ng, Deputy General Manager Marketing of KFC Malaysia.

KFC Golden Butter Cereal is available starting tomorrow at all KFC stores nationwide, for a limited time only and while stocks last. Starts from RM15.99, go for either 2-pc or 3-pc Combo, or opt for a value-formoney Box Meal that comes together with Zinger Burger, Crispier Fries, and coleslaw.

At the same time, KFC Celebration Bucket and Chili Cheese Balls are back by popular demand, alongside KFC Golden Butter Cereal, exclusively for CNY.
