The Basics: Homemade Healthy delights

December 11, 2020 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review Leave a Comment

The Basics is one of the latest hits in town where you can enjoy delicious healthy meal to your doorstep. And recently, we got to know from a friend where The Basics Co is a home business where you can enjoy the quality and yet balanced meal with the scrumptious flavors being the main stand.

And in here; they have the choice of customized meal box or their signature. As for this round, we try both their customized meal box and their signature. For the basic package, one can have 1 base, 1 protein, 2 supplements, 1 topping and 1 sauce which I priced at RM 15.90. As for the large one you can have them at RM 17.90 for have 1 base, 1 protein, 3 supplements , 1 topping and 1 sauce.

And this time, we try their Large Meal (RM 17.90) which comes with the Marinara Spaghetti sides with the Teriyaki Chicken Breast, Poached Egg and Cheesy Quesadila, together with the dried cranberry and topped with the generous Mustard Aioli. They comes healthy and delicious a well which makes it to my favourites.

For those who are looking for some healthy delights, go for their Signature Rainbow. The Signature Rainbow is completed with the Organic Tricolour Quinoa, BBQ Chicken Thigh, Cherry Tomato, Orange, Edameme, Basil, Dried Cranberries, and Italian Dressing. The taste is simply delicious and it is so healthy that we love it so much!

Their coverage includes Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Bangsar, KL City, Damansara, Old Klang Road, Sri Petaling, Bukit Jalil (selected area), Puchong (selected area)

You can now place your order via Whatsapp at 018-384 8315 (http://wa.me/60183848315) For more information, you can check their social media or whats app as below
