Bo Dining @ The Linc introduces their NEW Menu

December 8, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

Bo Dining is one of my favourite dining place in The Linc. With the beautiful interior; Bo Dining offers you with the wide choices of food that will definitely makes you want to comeback for more. Bo Dining brings you with a tropical -lush-gardens-like interior for an exquisite dining experience where the design comes impressively beautiful with the plants, wood, rattan and natural elements in one place. The blend is perfect with contemporary touch for an elegant, gorgeous finish.

And what I love is their ambiance. Their ambiance are really wonderful for a meal with friends or family. And recently, they had revamped their menu where you can enjoy the variety form the  Signature Roast Chicken (whole), French Onion Soup, Chicken Ballantine with Black Truffle Paste, Seafood Bouillabaisse, Lobster Termidor ala Bo and Mushroom Cappuccino on our last trip there.

Mushroom Cappuccino (RM 24)

We started our meal with Mushroom Cappuccino (RM 24). The mushroom cappuccino is one of our favourites where they are so good with the fragrant mushroom taste in it.  The  soup is such an indulgence where they are packed with the goodness in it with the truffle oil, parmesan foam, porcini powder, sauteed portobello. Beautifully sides with the crispy bread.

French Onion Soup with Camembert Cheese (RM 28)

Love some French onion soup. Is time to enjoy the wholesome bowl of soup which is cooked with both the yellow and red onion together with the beef stock, thyme, puffed pastry, parmesan cheese and the camembert cheese.

Seafood Bouillabaisse  (RM 68)

This is indeed my kind of favorites. The lovely plate of seafood goodness in one plate where we are enjoying the delicious XL White Clams, Octopus Tentacles, Tiger Prawns, Mussels, Tomato Seafood Soup with the Grilled Ciabatta. The dish is just so nice and seafood are superbly fresh and juicy.

Lobster Termidor Ala Bo (RM 138)

Our favorite of the night as well. We enjoyed the Cheese Crusted Half Maine Lobster Topped Dukkah, Cauliflower and Capelin Roe, On A Bed Of Creamy Seafood Risotto. The lovely dish I am dying for and they are so nice and delicious where I don’t mind ordering another plate of these.

Signature Roast Chicken

(RM 31(Quarter) | RM 58 (Half) | RM 110 (Whole))

And a must to try here is their Signature Roast Chicken. The signature roast chicken comes addictively good and delicious where you can enjoy their premium quality chicken which is brained and air fried for 24 hours before being slowly roasted at their French Made Rotisserie oven to ensure that they are perfectly even cook. You can now enjoy the awesome Signature Rotisserie Roast with 2 deli sides and your choice of sauce.

Chicken Ballontine with black truffle paste (RM 45)

The chicken Ballontine is really delicious where the chicken perfectly grilled till perfection and served with the black truffle mashed potato and brocollini. It is awesomely good and delicious and a must order when I am back here!

A good meal must end with some desserts. In here, one can enjoy their awesome desserts selections where you can have the Crepe Suzette and the Chocolate Mousse Cake which is irrestible.

After a good meal, why not enjoy some drink at their newly launched Banker Bar. The Banker Bar is indeed comes with the cool interior and they do have private rooms to serve you as well. So, is time to visit Bo Dining and the Banker Bar now .
