Dutch Lady introduces new recipe formulation to bridge nutritional gap in Malaysians

 Dutch Lady, the No.1 dairy brand in Malaysia has refreshed its entire range of Dutch Lady Liquid Milk and Family Milk Powder with a brand new look and improved recipe.  And this time, Dutch Lady brings you with their improved recipes and meet the Malaysian Healthier Choice criteria for dairy category, which cover standards such as calcium and sugar content with a requirement of zero added sugar in plain milk. The symbol of Malaysia Healthier Choice Logo (HCL) has also been incorporated onto all product packaging with the intention of helping consumers make more informed choices of products within the same category when making purchasing decisions. 

Being one of family grown up brand, my kids have been enjoying the brand since born and so am I who have grown up with their boxes of milk when going to school. They have been in our life and serving Malaysians delicious and nutritious milk for 57 years. As Dutch Lady has continued to evolve over the years to meet consumers’ needs, its quality has never been compromised but instead continuously improved to provide families with milk that is packed with  nutrients and vitamins such as Vitamin A, B2 and D3. The refreshed range now includes an improved recipe filled with protein to support body growth and development plus muscle in addition to more calcium for strong bones to empower
individuals with the strength and energy to perform activities together, creating a stronger community.

Aside from introducing its new milk formulation, Dutch Lady will be reinforcing its commitment to sustainability, with its new packaging made from recyclable materials that are entirely sourced from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified forests and other controlled sources – this allows each Dutch Lady pack to be recycled. 

The new packaging will feature instructive steps on how to recycle each pack to further educate and increase consumer awareness and drive the practice of recycling among Malaysian consumers. The new pack will also have a QR code printed on each pack to provide consumers with useful information of recycling centers and steps on how to recycle at the respective centers when scanned.

 

With greater nutritional formulation and extensive sustainability initiatives, Dutch Lady can continue to close the nutritional gap by nourishing consumers and strengthening the community around them. The new and improved Dutch Lady milk products will be available in all major hypermarkets and supermarkets, and also e-commerce platforms from August onwards.
