BakesterKL : Homebaked Mooncake with Love

September 21, 2020 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review Leave a Comment

We often get our mooncakes from malls, and this time we have decided to support some local home based bakery. BakesterKL is one of the home bakery which is based in KL where they are specialized in creating bespoke cakes, cupcakes and cookies for weddings, celebrations and special events.

Operated by Vicky, who was a business owner for wedding and event floral, gifts sets, seasonal hampers and a florist in the past. Baking started off as a hobby, apart from enjoying baking she loves sharing it with her families and friends and now BakesterKL has become a home-grown business.

And what so special about their mooncake is they are made from home and they brings back the traditional taste of it. With two option, traditional and shanghai mooncake, you can enjoy the awesome mooncakes which is filled with the flavoured paste filling, melon seeds and egg yolk (They also have the without egg yolk option).

Asides from that, their mooncake are beautifully baked with no added preservative. To keep it simple, they only offer two flavours for their both types of mooncake where you can have the choice of white lotus and pandan lotus. You can go for the option of having them with egg yolk or without the yolk.

We have them in their package with 6 mooncakes. Asides from that, one can also grab their packages with their limited edition tea box set where it comes with the choice of 4 pcs mooncakes or 8 pcs mooncakes with the tea and a beautiful tea caddy

You can now grab their mooncakes on their IG page too. Check them out :
