Lucky trekkers with a keen eye may spot some of the wildlife that call the rainforest their home including endangered species such as the serow wild mountain goat and the siamang or the black panther, red-headed krait snake and dusky leaf monkeys. To comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) introduced by the government, visitors are required to wear face masks at all times.
