Beuna Brasa @ The Sphere

August 30, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

It is one of our favorite outlets and “Buena Brasa” bring you with the awesome dining experience that assured you coming back for more. In “Buena Brasa”, they believe that the fresh and high-quality ingredients are crucial for the natural taste of the dishes. In order to bring out the flavour, they use the best cooking appliances such as the Josper oven. These are the main components that make up the impeccable taste and atmosphere of “Buena Brasa Gastro Pub”.

The restaurant brings you with the cosy hue and dim lights. The background music comes so relaxing with the oldies playing just like my childhood. Table are perfectly setup with social distancing practiced and the overall ambiance is perfect for an awesome dining experience.

Going thru their menu, they have wide choices of the appetizers to go for from nachos, to squids, and many more. We started off with the great choices of appetizers where we had the nachos, grilled octopus and many more.

Swimming Prawns (RM 48)

We started off with the Swimming prawns where they are served with the lovely delicious fresh tiger prawns in the virgin olive oil, garlic and dry chili. The dish is perfectly good and we love the bouncy texture of the prawns itself.

Charcoal Grilled Spanish Octopus (RM 38)

If you are big fans of Octopus, go for their Charcoal Grilled Spanish Octopus where the octopus are perfectly grilled with the aromatic char taste. It is sides with the potato confict, smoked paprika and alioli.

Josper Nachos (RM 30)

The Josper Nachos is worth to order for sharing. The portion comes simply generous and the tortilla chips is served with the tomato salsa, sour cream, guacamole, jalapenos and the melted red cheddar. They are absolutely delicious. I love the crispy bites of nachos with the delicious red cheddar.

Salt N Pepper Calamari (RM 28)

This is addictively good. The calamari is perfectly deep fried till golden brown.. It is then dusted with the salt N Pepper mix, lemon wedges and alioli. Yumz!

When you are at “Beuna Brasa”,  another must order is of course the Pork Tomahawk. Using the imported premium pork, the Pork Tomahawk is beautifully grilled till perfection and it is then served with the truffle mashed potatoes, assorted vegetables and the Dijon cream sauce. They are awesomely delicious and make it to our MUST have list for sure.

Another must try here is their Wagyu Rib-Eye MB7  ( per 100g ) (RM 88++). We love how they are made where they are beautiful grilled with their premium Josper Grill Oven. The meat is so good leaving you with a marbling and melts In the mouth sensation. We love the way it is done which you can have the feeling of the meat dancing in your mouth.

Ends your meal with the Tiramisu. Nicely layered with the ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese and drizzled with the fragrant cocao powder. Nice!

In here, they do offer variety of cocktail or even liquor too. Try their RokuGin and Jim Bean. You will love it for sure after the first taste.
