It has been a while since we visited Ante. Ante is one of my girl’s favourite as she always falling in love with their mushroom soup and more. And this time, we are back to Ante again to savour their signature menu as well as their NEW item which is the Hainanese Pork Chop.
Winner of The “Best Place for Meat” category for the TIME OUT KL FOOD AWARDS 2015 and shortlisted for two years running, the team at ANTE is now proud to offer an all day dining menu with select artisanal ingredients and techniques showcasing select cut of pork steak, artisan smoked meats and other gourmet delicacies on the menu. For those who are not aware, Ante have 2 branches in Klang Valley where one is located at Publika and another is at 1 Utama. With the ample sitting space, the restaurant is famed for their pork dishes.
Mushroom Soup (RM 16.50)
One must try is their mushroom soup. And in here, one can enjoy the rustic mushroom soup made from white button, oyster and the shimeji mushroom. I love the creamy blend of the mushroom comes simply fragrant.
Bacon Lettuce Tomato (RM 18)
You can also grab the Bacon Lettuce Tomato where we love how the sweet gula Melaka glazed bacon bits is done and sides with the fresh cherry tomatoes and fresh lettuce. I am in love eith the wholesome dish where the salad is filled with the traditional ceasar dressing. They are nicely done with the awesome greenies to accompany with it.
Hainanese Pork Chop
Their Hainanese Pork Chop is one of the latest release in Ante where one can now enjoy the premium pork that is topped with the sweet and yet sourish blend of tomato base sauce. They are absolutely a must to try where the portion comes pretty generous and the meat is tender and juicy. Yummz!
Curry Cha Siu (RM 33)
Asides from that, one can also go for their curry based pasta. It is one of the best seller pasta to go for where the pasta comes simply al-dente. They are topped with their house roast cha siu, shimeji mushrooms and their homemade creamy coconut red curry. Impressively delicious !
